We've all heard the "be your authentic self" spiel before. Some guru or motivational speaker tells you to find authenticity in your life and be authentic to your audience, yet leaves you with a feeling of confusion and lack of direction. I believe that by pursuing authenticity you are actually setting yourself up to be inauthentic. I explain why in today's episode of Chase the Vision.
