You are made for this - S01E17

Today, I want to share something that struck a chord with me from a song lyric: “I was made for this.” It resonated deeply because it reminded me that whatever we're experiencing, whether it’s the mundane or the challenging, inside or out, we are built for it. We are inherently equipped to handle anything that is in front of us right now, and anything we're feeling right now. There’s nothing extra we need to add; we don’t need to force ourselves to change. Our brains and hearts are designed to rise to the occasion, to come up with new thoughts and insights, and to deal with whatever is on our plate. So, whatever you're feeling or facing, remember: you’re made for this. You don't have to struggle or force anything—just trust in your own resilience and ability.
