Mitchell Park Heights Community Fellowship Grant. The Art of Racing commemorates the Preakness Stakes, one of the most iconic sporting events in Maryland, through modern visual interpretations. Artists from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) and across Maryland provide their artistic interpretations of Maryland's time-honored tradition of Thoroughbred racing.
