Maria Mazon is chef/owner of Boca Tacos + Tequila in Tucson, AZ. She participated in Top Chef Portland and was one of the top-5 contestants. She grew up in Sonora, MX but now residing in Tucson, living bi-culturally has influenced her cook. She walks us through falling in love with cooking and the excitement that surrounded joining Top Chef.
