We continue season 3 and our exploration of the shadow with Ross Bowden. Ross is a former Royal Marine and I sat down to chat about his experience of becoming a Marine. In this episode we discuss what led to him becoming a marine, what it took to make it past training and his first steps into the combat zone. Ross has had to confront fear and many demons to get through some tough moments and we discussed how people can apply what he’s learned along the way to get through those tough times.
