The Babysitter Who Knew Too Much: Kimberly Cargill Capital MurderKimberly Cargill murdered Cherry Walker in Whitehouse, Texas on June 18, 2010 to prevent the mentally challenged babysitter from testifying at a child custody hearing. The Smith County investigation revealed Walker died from asphyxiation, her partially burned body discovered on Oscar Burkett Road.
