He oversees the Olympic department and the men's basketball program, no small feat. Prior to his stint at the University of Colorado, Steve worked at Southern Methodist University, Portland State University, and the University of Hawaii. He earned a Master's in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation from the University of Hawaii. Originally from Abita Springs, Louisiana, he grew up in a close-knit family of five siblings, which also includes his twin brother, Chad.
