Acknowledge your emotional baggage. Many of us have limiting stories and negative emotions from our past that we need to let go of. By acknowledging them, we can start to understand how they make us feel and begin to work through them. Identify the root cause of your emotional baggage. This could be an old story, an old relationship, or any other past experience that is still holding you back. Once you've identified the root cause, ask yourself if it's still true for you. Sometimes, we hold onto things that are no longer relevant in our lives.Letting go does not mean erasing a memory or ignoring the past; it is when you are no longer reacting to the things that used to make you feel tense and you are releasing the energy attached to certain thoughts. it takes self-awareness, intentional action, practice, and time. letting go is the act of getting to know yourself so deeply that all delusions fall away. When we suppress our feelings by ignoring them or burying them deep within, they cannot pass through and, therefore, remain stuck. A buildup of unprocessed emotions can manifest physically in our bodies: physical pressure across our bodies, specifically the back and neck.
