“In our first fund we had 33 companies. And 42% of those were founded by women or minority groups. And, depending on the publication you read, between 40-45% of those who apply for venture capital funding (anywhere) fall into those groups. So we pretty much hit the nail on the head...just by removing human bias from the equation, and those were the results.
