On the morning of Monday 17th February 2014 a call was made to emergency services in Essex by 18 year old Lewis Daynes. In this call Lewis requested police assistance, admitting he had just stabbed his friend to death in the bedroom of his flat. This was the the horrific end to what had been a years worth of on-line manipulation and grooming of 14 year old schoolboy, Breck Bednar.Every parents nightmare, when Breck's mum felt something was amiss with her son's new online friend, she made Breck break off the friendship with this man who no one had ever seen in real life.
