S4 E11 - Collective Blue - Justice for Michelle O’Connell  CW/TW - mention of suicide, domestic violence, brief mention of sexual assault due to statistics  Michelle O’Connell’s death was initially ruled as a suicide, but the circumstances surrounding her death were questionable. Her boyfriend, a police officer named Jeremy Banks, reported the shooting. However, a second independent investigation revealed new evidence that suggested her death was probably a homicide.  It seemed like Michelle had everything to live for, which raises the question of why she would take her own life. The assumption of suicide seems too convenient, especially given the involvement of a police officer.
