106 - Listen to our enlightening conversation with Jennifer Haefele, In our conversation with Jen, we discussed the benefits of having a dietitian’s guidance and support as individuals heal their relationship with food and discover new ways to stay on their healing path, despite the pervasive, toxic diet culture that surrounds us. Jennifer Haefele (Hay-flea) Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, and Intuitive Eating. She is the owner of RDN Jen, her private practice that specializes in helping individuals heal their relationship with food, their body, and themselves. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts in French, Anthropology, and Communication Media Production from the State University of New York at New Paltz and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology and completed her dietetic internship at the University at Buffalo.She holds an advanced designation of Certified Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian from the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals and is currently working on becoming a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. Jen is also active in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics at both the national and state level as well as the Genesee Dietetic Association.
