With us today, we have Patricia Mangeol, Patricia is an education policy specialist with 15 years of experience in the government of Ontario and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), there she acted as lead analyst conducting research and developing policy recommendations to improve higher education and skills systems in countries including Hungary, Portugal, the Slovak Republic and the United States.
