About
Lucy has spent the past 15 years working as a communications professional, working primarily in advertising and brand creative production. She has played a key role in the uptake of purpose-led initiatives within a commercial organisation, and utilised company culture and staff influencer networks to create momentum and internal support for B Corp certification, and environmental advocacy. With this first-hand experience of what it takes to transform and influence corporate culture from within to become a climate and sustainability champion, Lucy is determined to scale this across broader industries and corporations via the WorkForClimate platform. She is also an endurance sports participant and shares a wonderful story with me about running a marathon on the Inca Trail. She also has a deep interest in the leadership of Ernest Shackleton and in this episode she talks about why.For more information about Lucy and WorkForClimate please use the following links:Website: https://www.workforclimate.org/Twitter: lucy_piperInstagram: pipedown.piperLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/lucypiper/Lucy also mentions the Inside Influence podcast by Julie Masters - I have since listened to a few episodes and its a good one. This podcast uses the following third-party services for analysis: Podcorn - https://podcorn.com/privacy
