His label, Sparkle Plenty, has also just released the album Lagoon, from Bird Streets, and it has also digitally reissued the debut album from Michael's band, Lions and Ghosts.We also go back and talk about Michael's work on Aimee Mann's songs for Paul Thomas Anderson's Magnolia Soundtrack (1999) and how central those songs are to the film.
