As well, she is an award-winning Christian author of Organizing Your Prayer Closet (Abingdon Press), strategy mentor, organizational consultant, and podcast producer of The Gina Duke Show.  Her experience as a Human Resources executive along with her love for processes and strategies have evolved into a career that she loves - helping other leaders build systems and cultures that deliver results.
