Welcome to episode number 29 of Inclusion with Mansi. I am your host,  Mansi Chandorkar. Each week, we are going to discuss various areas of inclusion and how you can be an inclusion champion!  We aim to move beyond just awareness, into acceptance and embracing differences. Since October is Dyslexia awareness month, we will have a special month to listen to individuals with dyslexia and other stakeholders share their journey with us.  Today we are going to be in conversation with Arya Gupta. Arya is 20 years old, she is about to complete her bachelors and looking forward to pursuing MBA. She is currently studying for her CAT exams.  She shares her experiences with dyslexia, the examination support she received and challenges she faced in school academic and others. She performs slam poetry now. Arya has shared the first poem  she has written: Title: Until Someone Tells You I am fed up. I am fed up by the heat of the heater, the hurts by the hammer and cuts by the cutter, I fell, I stood. I fell, unhappy, I fell, distressed. But once I saw the mirror and seeing myself develop as a diamond, I stood up. I stood up but this time with a smile because this time I knew my beauty and my power were unbreakable and unbeatable!
