She shares about initial fears at the start of the business journey in offering services, about how motherhood empowered her even more to be a role model and to create a lifestyle where she could spend more time with her family. She also shares her personal journey in breathwork which has helped her to understand her own nervous system and stress response to making shifts and changes, learning and practising breathwork so that she can now drop into a state of calmness faster and where anxiety and stress does not affect her the same way it used to. Jamie now brings all her knowledge and personal experience to help her clients with using breathwork to arrive to a place of more calm with less/no anxiety.
