About

Today's episode discusses the topic of success and redefining it on your terms. How do you define success? Are you living your life based on your definition, pursuing and embracing success, based on your terms? Join us as we examine how our minds were first shaped to believe success to be the achievement of goals, dreams, grades, titles, positions, and wealth. We look at how we were molded in high school and wrongly taught about failure and success, and where and how to achieve success. This molding process is what we carried into college, our professional world, and our personal relationships. Join us through our exploration of career and life paths, and the stigmas that we have placed on certain sectors, industries, and jobs, like janitorial and fast food service providers, yet celebrate the multi-billion dollar companies that create those same jobs. We'll take trips down memory lane and follow the steps of the McDonald brothers and the founders of Burger King. We ponder how they defined success in comparison to those who bought them out of their companies. We share examples of how people have defined, paved, and pursued their paths toward success, and the painful outcomes of being short-sighted or inflexible.
