In this article we are going to go over what we do. Please enjoy. There are many facets to our company. A core part of Bing Housing is our Property Rehab efforts. We work in our neighborhoods to find and repair run down houses. We work with the top contractors and make sure that our properties are OSHA compliant. Currently we have a couple projects that we are working on and we can’t wait to show them to you. In order for these street to get cleaned up we need qualified homeowners who can take care of these properties. That’s why Bing Housing provides homeownership programs that help people in this process. We offer pre and post home-buying programs that guide people through the process of becoming a homeowner.We also provide investors from all over the country with great lists of REOs to pick from. We have these off-market properties and sell them at discounted prices, to help investors get started on there next project. In addition to our Real Estate Investing Company, Bing Housing also has a Nonprofit Financial Services Corporation. It is our goal to provide financial services to the less fortunate and help them live financially stable lives. We want to not only provide education to the less fortunate, but we also want to provide low income families with affordable housing.
