We cannot think of human salvation without the Assumption. The Assumption is the fulfillment and the culmination of salvation. It reveals God's plan for you and me! We are made for this world. God created us for eternity, to share His very life, glory, and nature! We are facing a war-like situation on this earth. We end up doing what we don't want to do as St. Paul says, "I do not understand my own actions. For I do not do what I want, but I do the very thing I hate." (Romans 7:15) Who can save us from this whirlpool? Jesus says, “Very truly, I tell you, everyone who commits sin is a slave to sin. The slave does not have a permanent place in the household; the son has a place there forever. So if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed." (John 8:34-36) Do you want real freedom, the freedom of the Children of God? Only the Son can give that. Jesus is the Son who has the right over everything. He is ready to share everything He IS and HAS with YOU and me! What are you waiting for?
