Alex Massek is a photographer and director who runs the creative agency known as Ampersand Media, a London and Amsterdam based company. He is the brother and also manages Isanna who is an American/German music producer, artist, and writer based out of London. She gave me an insight into how she deals with comparisons, confidence and being vulnerable as a musician and producer within the music industry.
