We are back with part two of William "Wild Bill Cody" Neal and it's full of even more WTF moments. Wild Bill Cody was known as a charismatic, smooth talking cowboy to most who knew him. When he went out to bars, he would generously throw around money, tipping the servers extravagantly and buying rounds for the entire bar. He claimed to have millions of dollars stashed away in trust funds and said that he made his money doing hits for the mob. He seemed so mysterious. But beneath the surface of the cool cowboy exterior laid something much more sinister. In this week's episode we talk about the rest of Cody Neal's victims and the horror he left in his wake.
