Leonard Lake had always fantasized about building a bunker that contained a hidden cell where he would kidnap and imprison women to be his "off the shelf" sex partners. When he met Charles Ng early in the 1980's, the young fugitive proved to be a worthy and enthusiastic accomplice to make his fantasies a reality.
