How to become more assertive and win at work, the office?In this short conversation, I discuss with Joshua Tahinduka - my friend Joshua is a confirmed leader.Mr. Joshua Tahinduka is an award-winning and passionate public speaker who has dedicated himself to helping other people achieve confidence and improve effectiveness in Communication. Joshua is the winner of East Africa’s biggest speech contest dubbed Best of Toastmasters East Africa (BOTEA) 2016 and is the first Rwandan to win this prestigious award. Mr. Tahinduka’s Speaking experience has primarily involved facilitating high level functions/meetings, keynote speaking, building and leading Toastmasters clubs and public speaking training. He has spoken before a variety of audiences ranging from students to international development professionals about “Effective public speaking” and his work has been done in Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya and Burundi. He is the founding member of Toastmasters in Rwanda and is a club member of 1Rwanda Toastmasters club and president of Kigali Executive Toastmasters Club.
