About

Have you ever thought about designing your own coffin? Well, it seems more and more people are wanting to just that. In this episode I am speaking to two wonderful ladies, Kay Farrow & Dianne Pye who have spent a number of years volunteering for the Kiwi Coffin Club Charitable Trust based in Rotorua, New Zealand, after deciding they wanted to make their own coffins. This light-hearted interview provides an insight into what goes on behind the scenes. You don't want to miss: How this organisation started out of a garage and carport of someones home Why Dianne has made 3 coffins/caskets for herself! The gifting of baby coffins PLUS: Go online to check out the range of great quality coffins and caskets   Oh - and apologies for the audio quality - we did the interview on-site, which in hindsight probably wasn't the best decision though it was such an enjoyable interview I just had to share it.     Links and resources:   Kiwi Coffin Club links Website: https://www.kiwicoffinclub.co.nz Facebook: @KiwiCoffinClub     Quote: "Death is so terribly final, while life is full of possibilities." ~ George R R Martin   Follow me on: Email:          thebeautifulsideofgrief@gmail.com  Instagram:  https://instagram.com/beautifulsideofgrief Facebook:   https://facebook.com/thebeautifulsideofgrief Website:     https://thebeautifulsideofgrief.com YouTube:    https://www.youtube.com/@thebeautifulsideofgrief   Loved this episode?
