Malika Kapasi is a Senior Planning Manager in the construction industry and extremely passionate about civil engineering, construction planning and project management. She strongly believes that the success of a project lies in preparing and executing a good plan and managing time and resources efficiently. She is also dedicated to inspiring the younger generations to consider a career in the construction industry and has collaborated with Xaverian College in Manchester to share her career journey, talk to students, facilitate work experience and be a point of contact for them, for the past 5 years. Malika is also committed towards making the construction industry a more diverse and inclusive place for everyone and is working on a number of projects to raise awareness and bring about change in her organisations and in the wider society.  Hosted on Acast.
