Dipalee is a first-generation British Indian, a female engineer, business owner and a working mother to three children. After graduating from the University of Southampton with a Masters in Geology, Dipalee started her career in the geotechnical and geo environmental industry. Later, she went onto co-found Ground & Water, a geotechnical consultancy practice, with her university friend, Francis Williams amd the company has recently celebrated 13 years. Dipalee’s role today is to ensures every team member has the tools they need to succeed and reach their full potential. Her vision is to do business for good by becoming the best leader she can be. In her role, an initiative that she feels passionate about is empowering and inspiring more women, especially Indian women, into the industry and to go for leadership roles. Hosted on Acast.
