why there is no inclusion in Bollywood?

why Bollywood don't include inclusion ?person with Disabilty people demand Inclision everywhere but koi nhi sunta bass sab bhagg rahe hai par humari bhi toh sunn lo hum bhi chate hai normal life. hum bhi creative hai we demand equal opportunity.
