In this episode I will consider the implication of the Supreme Court ruling in the case of, "For Women Scotland Ltd (Appellant) v The Scottish Ministers (Respondent)", which ruled on the meaning of biological sex, and illustrate with examples, that the notion of humans being a strictly binary species, either male or female, is not an absolute.
