With the news still fresh about the passing of Dan Rivera, two well known friends in pop culture, comedian Matt Rife, and YouTuber Elton Castee decided to buy the property! While this may not make everyone happy, maybe this isn't for the worst. What do you think about this? Is it a bad idea, letting two comedian's hold the keys to some of the worlds most allegedly haunted item's? Or is it a good idea, being they will usher in a new era of young paranormal enthuist's?
