On this episode of The Courage Hotline, one caller is having a difficult time deciding whether she should leave her comfortable job to seek out another one that is more aligned with her purpose. Another caller wants insight into the courage needed to come out as a transgender woman to family, friends and coworkers. I'm serving up advice to help them align with and be who they are.
