About

Today on Grief Talk Café - Stories that heal, we are joined by Clayton Harvey who grew up in Saskatchewan with roots deeply embedded in the farming and ranching community. Clayton's story unfolds as he navigates his post-secondary education, initially as a Registered Nursing Attendant in Saskatchewan. His experiences extend beyond the medical field, where he seamlessly transitioned into roles such as a certified nursing assistant, LPN, EMT, and accredited firefighter. Venturing into the heart of ranching near Formost, Alberta, Clay's affinity for heavy equipment became a defining aspect of his spare time. Amidst the hustle, he built a family, with three daughters residing in Alberta and four cherished grandchildren. In 2003, Clayton's life took a beautiful turn when he crossed paths with Sue, a Registered Nurse, at the hospital in Brooks, Alberta. Their love story blossomed, leading to a remarkable 19 years of marriage. Now in retirement, Clay dedicates his time to helping others and caring for his feline companion, offering a glimpse into the fulfilling chapters of his prairie-rooted life. Join us as we unravel the tales and experiences that have shaped Clayton Harvey's remarkable journey.
