The Geeta contains 18 chapters and every chapter has its own message. However these 18 chapters can be best seen as being divided into 3 parts.  In this episode we will discuss the first third (which starts from chapter 1 to chapter 6) primarily focuses on an extended explanation of karma yoga (the knowledge of self) and how this can bring knowledge to our essential nature.
