Mid to late 60s, I'm guessing here, dresses nicely, a REALTOR who hasn't made any big bucks but still manages to do alright for herself, Margaret and I actually don't get along all that well. She'll smile a very forced looking smile when she sees me and give me that dismissive princess wave, but she's just not very downright neighborly. But that's ok, this isn't about Margaret.
