Sarah Drage.

On this week’s episode I’m joined by campaigner and advocate, Sarah Drage. Sarah lost her father, Steve, to alcoholism in 2017 at the age of just 59. Sarah believes that the stigma that surrounds alcoholism and as a result the intense shame that Steve felt about his addiction, contributed hugely to his death.  Since Steve’s death, Sarah has worked tirelessly to raise awareness of alcoholism and is committed to removing the stigma that surrounds it.  Sarah is the founder of Warrior Kind, a charity-based organization that helps to fund treatment for people struggling with mental health.
