Kandis Rose May Harris was 16 years old when she disappeared on July 14, 2021 after running away from the Odyssey House Teen Inpatient treatment facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. She remained active on social media for four days after leaving, but then all activity abruptly stopped and she has not been heard from since. Authorities have investigated the possibility that Kandis may have become a victim of human trafficking, and her whereabouts remain unknown.  Cedrick Palmier, a 37-year-old man who is autistic and lives with reduced mental capacity, was last seen around 8:00 a.m. on April 20, 2025 near the 1500 block of South Clayton Street in Salt Lake City, Utah. He also has schizophrenia and is known to frequent areas near downtown shelters and the main city library.
