He is known to frequent the east side near 10th Street and areas between Michigan Street and New York Street, and has distinctive tattoos including “Family First” across his chest, “No Mercy” with a rose on his arm, praying hands on his upper right shoulder blade, and “Holly” on his right wrist. His disappearance remains under investigation.  Lauren Elizabeth Spierer was a 20-year-old Indiana University student who disappeared on June 3, 2011 after a night out at Kilroy’s Sports Bar in Bloomington, Indiana. Surveillance footage and witness statements show her movements through the early morning hours, and she was last reported seen around 4:30 a.m. walking barefoot near the intersection of 11th Street and College Avenue.
