About

Leonard 'Lyn' Buchanan was born in Waco, Texas on July 28th, 1939. He joined the U.S. Army in 1957, eventually stationed at the McGregor Ranges of north El Paso, Texas. to work as a technitian in the Nike Ajax Hercules guided missle program. After 3 years, Lyn left the Army to work for IBM briefy before returning to the U.S. Army in 1962 to be a Russian, German and Mongolian linguist. Later on in 1984, Lyn was asked by Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) General Albert Stublebine to join a DIA Unit called "DT-S" based in an old coobarracks at Fort Meade, Maryland, seperate from the large, shiny National Security Agency (NSA) complex.Lyn was doing controlled remote viewing there with a group of a half dozen others until January 1992. Their CVR tasking came from the DIA. One ofg Lyn's exercise targets was the RAF Bentwaters/Woodbridge incident of December 26-28, 1980, whitch he will detail on this edition of Phenomenon Radio.ORIGINAL Broadcast date: 08/17/2015
