A documentary that seeks to spark conversations about the nature of the college admission that is directed by Juliane Dressner and co-directed by Edwin Martinez. Personal Statement follows three seniors at Brooklyn high schools. We are lucky enough to have an interview with one of the students, Karoline, and the director Juliane Dressner with a staff member from the Reacher Higher initiative created by First Lady Michelle Obama.
