This tender chronicle spans my first 40 years and touches on Hanifa’s prophetic dream life, the juiciest slices of humble pie served up through her travels around the world, and the blessed learnings that have come through experiences with natural and psychedelic medicines.Guest Interviews (monthly)- OWF! features diverse and inspiring guests dedicated to personal growth, healing, and human potential. From storytellers to mindfulness experts, musicians to natural medicine practitioners, they share insights, practices, and empower listeners on their journey of self-discovery and self mastery Heart Transmission for the Collective (quarterly)- At the times of the equinoxes and solstices, Hanifa Nayo offers this sacred and luminous ritual centering on drawing an oracle card and message for the collective. Followed by a intuited meditation.
