Misery by Stephen King (1987)

Please note this is a HORROR novel and though we don't go into graphic detail it's likely not one to listen to with anyone of a sensitive disposition. Misery is probably best known for the hobbling scene; gifs have been made of it, but just how accurate is that movie scene?
