Jayson Werth MLB 2008 World Series Champ

Jayson Werth played on four MLB teams, Toronto, LA Dodgers, Washington Nationals and the Philadelphia Phillies where he helped lead them the to a World Series Championship in 2008. In their defending 2009 Series vs the Yankees he hit seven home runs but the Phils lost the Series in six games. He was a fan favorite wherever he played.
