Janelle received her B.A in Media, Journalism and Film with a minor in Psychology from Howard University. Janelle also have an in-depth practical background in helping the helpless, hopeless, and hurting young adults. Listen to her sojourn including in Washington D.C. Girls in Christ Incorporated (GIC) is a 501(C)3 Christian ministry program based out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL for minority girls between the ages of 13 and 21 who are eager to grow in Confidence, Christ and Community. Girls in Christ is Girl-Centered and focuses on self-esteem, spiritual development and leadership. Through bible studies, workshops, and community service activities, GIC intertwines critical thinking, spiritual connectedness and self-love into one divine program. Janelle says that "Our" holistic approach enables girls to balance their spirituality and every day stressors.
