Technically a sequel to Brian De Palma’s 1968 film Greetings, 1970’s Hi, Mom! takes us on another Jon Rubin adventure in the seedy streets of New York City. Starring Robert De Niro in an early role, Hi Mom! is a experiments with its audience’s expectations, exploring the realities of deception and exploitation in support of getting your point across.
