This week we are joined by one of the most genuine, empowering and uplifting souls in our circle, Lana Schatz. We love how connected Lana is with the people in her life as well as her own, internal knowing - both being points of guidance in her life. Together we chat about what it means to be a best friend, always learning new things, and the impact a simple act of acknowledging another person can have.
