This episode of Good News with Twanda Black features Lisa Norwood.  In 1999 Lisa Norwood, single mom of 3 sons, no family in GA searched for programs that provide educational support for mothers on rearing boys and mentoring sons. After much prayer, she stepped out on faith, resigned from her management position, and birthed Mothers Raising Sons (MRS). Ms. Norwood received the 2019 GA Women’s Legislative Caucus Servant Leadership Yellow Rose for MRS achievements.
