Terry Sayre is passionate about education and helping others to realize their genius. She taught school for over 30 years. She is ultimately a lifelong teacher and learner. She is now a Fearless Living Certified Life and Leadership Coach. Terry works with her daughter Kelly in their business, Fearless Generations. They offer workshops, retreats, and they speak for online events.Terry understands the mind and skill set necessary to lead and inspire others to take action. Because of her skills as a facilitator and leader she has been invited to participate in local programs with the Chamber of Commerce and County Offices of Education and Tulare County Departments.She has participated in State Wide initiatives and been invited to speak at national conferences. Through this extensive participation she recognized the need for a structure to support facilitators and leaders to hone their skills to have influence in order to change cultures and the effectiveness of their organizations.As the creator of her own Leadership system she is implementing the 6 C’s of leadership for the 21st Century.
