This week's guest is the fantastic Dr Sam Hiew. After pursuing a career in medical sciences, among many other things, Dr Sam was diagnosed with ADHD in her forties. She started the organisation ADHD Girls and now works with women on-on-one to mentor them, as well as providing companies and business with ADHD support options and accessibility structures. Lottie and Sam discuss some of the symptoms of the condition, how being an ADHDer has affected their lives, and some of the positives to come from being neurodivergent.
