Bellvue is a sleepy small town with a population of less than 3,000 people in the middle of the state of Idaho. Around 6:30 am on September second the sleepy summer morning was broken by the frantic screaming from 16 year old Sarah Johnson. Sarah was pleading for help and neighbors emerged from their houses to investigate the source of the commotion.
